We love Temple Square! No trip to Utah is complete without spending a day there. It's one of the most beautiful, inspiring places on earth.

Here is Brigham pointing to a statue of his great grandfather, Brigham Young. It is always fun for the kids to have such a connection with their heritage here.
Speaking of Brigham - here are a few candid Brigham moments:pushing Isaac away from the drinking fountain.
and utterly bored of looking at flowers.
There were a few "old time" cars on display at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building that sparked some excitement though. . .
We met Aunt Jackie there for lunch.
She showed us the peregrine falcon nest just outside the building.
We also met Melanie and Alli and their kids at the Church History Museum. The kids had a blast sailing on Nephi's ship, building a Lamanite tower, learning to latin dance, and pretending to be missionaries in Africa (which included driving a jeep). We also got to see Evan's artwork on display in the lobby.

Vivien and Clara are the same difference in age as Eliza and Lydia. I hope my girls will be good friends like these two. They have so much fun together!
Do you see the drawing of the Nauvoo temple next to Evan? It was awesome to see his picture displayed in the museum.
Evan and Isaac have a mutual love of ships.
We sure love our cousins! We can't wait to visit again. . .
