After months of sweltering heat, we woke up one morning to some surprisingly crisp Autumn air last week. I know it's winter in most other parts, but in Houston December means Fall. Our trees are finally changing colors and dropping their leaves by the bucketfuls. There is no end to the fun and beauty of this season!
Look at our gorgeous Cyprus tree. Last year it looked like this for a few weeks and then dropped all of it's needles in one night.
It is home to a beautiful pair of doves.
I'm loving the bright reds and yellows. . .
And the kids, of course, are loving all the leaves.
Despite the changing weather, Eliza is still finding pink flowers to pick.
We're all falling for Fall!
