Cardboard, Cousins, and Jimmer

I really wanted to say Cougars (for literary purposes). But for some unexplainable reason, it just keeps coming out Jimmer. (???)We took a weekend trip to our former town where we successfully introduced our boys to the great American sport of basketball.

Of course, it was Eliza who was the most impressed. She is obsessed with balls (courtesy of Brigham) and spent the entire game pointing and repeatedly shouting the words "bahw!" and "mine!"

We also visited with lots of friends in Dallas (we miss you all!) and of course our favorite Texas cousins.
Back at home, Nate helped the boys build a rocket ship out of cardboard.

Thus successfully containing all three of them at once in a 2ft x 3ft x 3ft space for hours on end.

There is no end to the fun around here.

Very cool rocket ship! We have brainwashed our kids from the time they had teeth that if BYU scores, they get candy. So, we have some pretty die-hard BYU fans around here...hehe!

Speaking of BYU basketball I am sitting here watching a very depressing New Mexico @ BYU game. I am glad you got to see a better one!

What fun! We are suppose to be going to the Wyoming game on Saturday, but I'm not sure Rick will be home from the Klondike. Got to love scouting!!!! I can't believe your boys played TOGETHER in their rocket. Mine would have the thing ripped apart because of the fighting going on it it!

I'm impressed with the rocket ship construction. We love cardboard boxes around here too! Glad you got to go to the basketball game. The kids are so cute in their BYU hats.
